These parts kits are prepped and tested by us before shipping.

A,B,X,Y, and Start buttons
D-Pad
C-Stick*
Thumbstick
Z button**
L & R Triggers
*Note: As these are 3rd Party Parts, C-Sticks may have their rubber tops upside down. They can be made to fit oriented correctly with a firm and careful press down.
**Note: Z Buttons are modified to remove material to better fit OEM controllers.

I found a knockoff Wavebird at a second hand store and while the connection was fine the buttons were clearly made of cheap materials, as after using it about 3 times the joystick pad came off and the c-stick started to fall apart.
After it collected dust for a few years I finally decided to order some new buttons for it and now it finally feels like a real GC Controller! It looks amazing and handles like a legit Wavebird. The z-button clicks like it's supposed to and the joystick and c-stick feel great! I can't wait to order some more to mix-and-match the buttons.

Ordered purple buttons for my gamecube controller, because the left stick sh*t the bed... These buttons feel just like the stock ones. 11/10 will be ordering for my other two controllers.

The buttons are great! The sticks do not fit. I’m sure they’d probably fit if I tried to sand it down to make the opening larger, but they don’t fit right now even if I try to force it down. Going to be sticking to my OEM sticks for now and buy different sticks elsewhere.
