OVERVIEW
Battle Beaver Customs is committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. The following shipping policy applies to all orders placed on our website.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note that processing and confirmation are separate from build or production time—each of our products has its own unique production timeline. You can view current estimated build times here: Production Queue. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
International Shipping Options:
- Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days
- Expedited International Shipping: 5-10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Our store ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. For APO/FPO/DPO addresses, please allow additional time for delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Battle Beaver Customs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES
Battle Beaver Customs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We ship internationally to most countries. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
