Warranty Repairs

All warranty and policy information can be found below, please read thoroughly as our warranties have been updated. Updated warranty policies are retroactive and our Support Team is reaching out as necessary.

Submit your warranty repair request (RMA)

Once your Repair form is submitted, it will be reviewed by a member of our Support Team and will be either *approved or denied.

Once we have received your controller at our facility it will be checked-in, thoroughly tested, and investigated by one of our repair technicians.

A $0.00 invoice will be created for you to review and confirm. (Additional costs may be included where necessary).

Once you confirm your invoice, your controller will be entered into our expedited warranty repair queue.

*Upon approval of Warranty Repairs requests, products must be shipped to Battle Beaver no later than 7 days after the request is approved unless otherwise noted.

Types of Policies

Standard 90 day warranty

Provided with every controller, our Standard Warranty covers any functional issue resulting from customization or modification. Issues such as Thumbstick Drift are covered, and U.S domestic shipping is included for qualified repairs effective 90 days from the date of delivery.

1 year Limited Warranty

A single-use Limited Warranty available for purchase ($50) that covers any functional issue resulting from customization or modification. Issues such as Thumbstick Drift are covered, and U.S domestic shipping is included for qualified repairs effective 365 days from the date of delivery. A similar Recertification Limited Warranty can be purchased for continued coverage after use.

Recertification Limited Warranty

After a controller has used its 1 Year Limited Warranty for repairs, a single-use Recertification Limited Warranty can be purchased ($50) for continued coverage of the controller for 365 days from the date of the repair delivery. Can be repurchased after repair.

This warranty enables recertification of the thumbsticks to resolve Thumbstick Drift, and modification components such as Smart Triggers, but does not cover wear and tear on OEM internals such as the mainboard. This warranty also includes U.S domestic shipping for qualified repairs.

On occasion, issues may be able to be resolved by the customer with guidance from our support staff that will not void warranty.
