Purchased 2 of these hoping to fix stick drift, only for one of the units received to have a drift in the north direction. Put in an email and support ticket and have yet to receive a response. I understand these can be installed improperly, but double checked everything and having personally installed these, there should be no issues. I do bored repair for a living and I've replaced quite a few of these modules before, and seeing I could get the increased tension I wanted to give them a shot. I wasn't happy with this company.

Unfortunately this stick arrived a little dirty that made me think it was used. After installing the mechanism on the right stick, I discovered something peculiar while playing an FPS. When using the stick to look up, the game would only do it at half speed which unfortunately makes the controller unusable.
So while this replacement fixed the stick drift, I still can’t use the controller due to the defect looking up.

I received it and 2 of them was bad and they have stick draft !

I received my controller but never received the thumbstick. I sent an email and haven't heard anything back.

One of the sticks works fine the other has bad drift. Changed out potentiometers still has exact same drift. Shipping was slow, says 3 days took 8 or 9.
