Issues such as Thumbstick Drift (at default deadzones) are covered, and U.S. domestic shipping is included for qualified repairs effective 180 days from the date of delivery.

A single-use Extended Limited Warranty available for purchase ($59.99) that covers any functional issue resulting from customization or modification. Issues such as Thumbstick Drift (at default deadzones) are covered, and U.S. domestic shipping is included for qualified repairs effective 730 days after the Standard Warranty period ends.

A similar Recertification Limited Warranty can be purchased for continued coverage after use.

After a controller has used its 2-Year Extended Limited Warranty for repairs, a single-use Recertification Limited Warranty can be purchased ($50) for continued coverage of the controller for 365 days from the date of the repair delivery. Can be repurchased after repair.

This warranty enables recertification of the thumbsticks to resolve Thumbstick Drift (at default deadzones), and modification components such as Smart Triggers, but does not cover wear and tear on OEM internals such as the mainboard, RCP, etc. This warranty also includes U.S domestic shipping for qualified repairs.
