Originally developed for Call of Duty WarZone professionals Repullze and MuTex to enhance their fast-paced playstyle with more accessible and spammable buttons, these faceplate-oriented placements have also helped gamers who can't reach our traditional Rear Buttons.

As games are released with increasingly robust Accessibility options, where a button can be pressed is just as important as what input it can be mapped to.

This is our first new placement outside of the rear shell that we're making widely available, and we hope to introduce even more placements that will further expand the customization options that work for you.

Available for PS4 and PS5, our Index Buttons feel similar to Beaver Buttons and can be assigned and remapped to all the same inputs!

Will Index Placements be available for XSX controllers?

Unfortunately due to the construction of the XSX controller, we would not be able to place a button in that region due to the sidecap connections.

Where will other placements on the faceplate be available?

As we roll out this first alternate placement, we will take some time to evaluate the volume and interest of Index Buttons before making new placements available.

So how many additional Buttons can we put on a controller now?

Due to internal wiring concerns, we are limiting the maximum number of additional buttons to six (6).

If purchasing a Remap Chip, this will allow both Index Buttons to be remappable alongside the existing Rear Buttons.
