I enjoy the controller. I enjoy the buttons and how different it is to a Scuf Gaming Controller. A big thumbs up to the controller itself.
Getting my controller took much longer than expected. Yes I did get the emails regarding the time span and how it was going to take much longer than expected but honestly, it was not good enough. "We are unable to give you a time span on the delivery of your controller" was not good enough to me. I appreciate the updates but was never given a very good update (if that makes sense).
As a company you must have known you would have a surge of orders after COD Champs and should have been prepared. As a business owner myself, I know how it feels to be overwhelmed with orders of a product but being able to adjust and rapidly adapt separates good companies from amazing companies. I did expect some sort of reimbursement for waiting almost two months for a 10-20 day controller but there is no hard feelings.
I am sure you folks at Battle Beaver have found a way to cope with these type of order surges.
