Send-In Order Update

'Tis the season of updates from Battle Beaver!

As it stands, a majority of the send-in orders we have received have been complete upgrades from the ground up (read: 4-button remap + smart triggers). This resulted in much more time being spent on our send-ins that previously budgeted for, contributing a fair amount to our delay. The send-in service (and our business) was originally meant to serve as the only place where you can have any type of controller repaired and eventually included minor upgrades to already existing controllers. Because this has only added to our delay, and after much debate and deliberation, we have decided the following:

We regret to inform you that we are, until further notice, pausing a service very near and dear to our hearts. Effective immediately we will no longer be repairing or upgrading our competitors products or stock controllers. Because of our significant delay and our commitment to catching up to our existing orders, we have decided that our customers come first in this department. We promise that this service will make a return as soon as we are in a position in which repairing and upgrading controllers does not hinder our ability to build new Battle Beavers.

As always we deeply appreciate the support and love everyone has shown us. We are definitely still a young company with much to learn, we are examining our processes and procedures every day to be the controller company that you deserve (not the one that you need). Going forward into 2017 we will be expanding on much of what we have to offer, giving ourselves a fancy new look, and optimizing the performance of our website to enhance your experience while visiting us on the web.
