COVID-19 UPDATE: 5/15/20

The "Stay Home, Stay Safe" Order that restricted our business activity these past two months has expired as of 11:59pm May 15th, 2020. Thank you all so much for endless the support you have given us!

With the orders received during our shutdown, we are roughly estimating our current build time to be 10 weeks (more info 6/1).

We will slowly but surely bring our production capacity to pre-pandemic levels while keeping certain services, such as general controller repairs, unavailable until further notice.

Furthermore, in order to maintain the health of our employees and customers, Battle Beaver Customs will be following the Dallas County COVID-19 Health Guidance for the Public as we continue operations:

Production and support services will continue to be limited as social distancing and proper hygiene practices are observed within our office. Please be aware that for the foreseeable future, logistical support will be limited to email communications onlyThe following services are currently available and additional services will be available when possible.

Current services include:

  • Order fulfillment as limited production allows.
  • Allowing new orders to still be placed with the understanding of a special delayed build / processing time. *Quick Pick Controllers will still be shipped in approx. 5 business days*
  • Accepting limited order updates and revisions, in addition to processing cancellation requests, via email.
  • Continuing to accept Warranty Repairs with a delayed processing speed
  • Providing troubleshooting support and potential DIY fixes for controllers that are not able to be sent in for repair.

As our technicians begin to return to the office and production logistics are streamlined, we will NOT be able to:

  • Build, Repair, and Fulfill Orders at full production capacity immediately. Processing and build speeds for certain products will be affected.
  • Offer Boosted Build Speed
  • Immediately respond to any questions regarding order status or updates.
  • Accept any non-warranty repair or upgrade for the foreseeable future.
  • Accept any walk-in customers to our office for the foreseeable future.
